Downloading from the iTunes Store

A variety of audio and video programming is available for sale through the iTunes Store.  Besides popular and classical audio, there are also audio books and programming from public radio and other broadcast outlets.  Instructors can point students directly to particular tracks they can purchase and download for listening or viewing on the iPod or create an "iMix" that organizes content for purchase by students into a convenient list.

Getting started

  • Make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes installed on your computer and that your iPod software is up to date.
  • Take advantage of the "Tell a Friend" feature to share your iMix code with others in your class.
