Unity Voice Mail at Duke

Duke's Office of Information Technology is in the process of upgrading the university's voice mail system. The new system, Unity Voice Mail by Cisco, will work with the Duke University telephone systems and can be accessed with any phone on or off campus.

Using Unity voice mail

As a subscriber, you are assigned a mailbox where messages are stored. You record your own personal greeting, personal name, and password. You may delete, store, or forward any messages you receive. All of your messages are password-protected. Your voice mail box number is the same as your 7-digit phone number, excluding area code.
