Student Pagers

Duke's paging service allows your colleagues, friends, and family to contact you at any time; you return calls at your discretion. When you carry a Duke pager, you can be reached in areas of the campus where mobile phones may not receive a signal. In addition, some areas of Duke Hospital do not allow the use of mobile phones. If you carry an alphanumeric pager, you can receive text messages, which can eliminate the need for a callback altogether.
