How to disable uploading

1. Select LimeWire > Preferences.

2. In the left panel of the Preferences window, click Sharing.

3. In the Shared Directories section, highlight any directories listed and click Remove.

4. In the Shared Extensions section, clear the Extensions box.

5. In the left panel, Click Speed.

6. In the Ultrapeer Cababilities section, check the Disable Ultrapeer Capabilities box.

7. In the left panel, click Uploads and select Slots.

8. In the right panel, set Uploads Per Person to 0, Start Upload Slots to 0, and Max Upload Slots to 0.

10. Click OK.
