We are in the process of moving into phase 2 of the OIT Software Licensing website redesign. The main goal of phase 2 is the addition of e-commerce (the option to pay for software online), but this will be a good time to make additional changes, and all suggestions are welcome.

1. What improvements would you like to see made to the website? Please be specific and provide suggestions with your thoughts on content, organization, functionality, and anything else you want to add.

2. How do you think the process of obtaining software through OIT Software Licensing could be improved?

3. OIT-licensed software is available to the entire Duke community, but only a fraction of eligible users know about our website. How can we go about increasing awareness of this service?

4. What is OIT Software Licensing doing well? In other words, are there aspects of OIT Software Licensing implemented in recent years which have worked well for you?
