SPSS Inc. technical support is supplied for any licensed SPSS Inc. product user who prefers to request technical support vie email. The email message should include your name, telephone number and SPSS Inc. ID number, as well as a detailed description of the problem. Also include your preferred method of response, either email or telephone.

The Duke Site License includes SPSS Base, SPSS Categories, SPSS Tables, SPSS Trends, SPSS Professional Statistics/SPSS Reg Model, and SPSS Advanced Statistics/SPSS Adv Models. SPSS is only available for the Windows platform.
