Initial purchase:	$50 per machine
Annual renewal:	$50 per machine
NOTE:  Available to faculty and staff for use on-site. Include your system serial numbers when joining.

Technical support

Technical support is provided by Sun through the Site-License Office. To place a call, contact the Site-License Office and you will be patched through to Sun's technical support. Only customers who are part of the Sun Scholar Pack may place technical support calls.

Duke's Software Maintenance Agreement with Sun provides (1) software support, (2) software maintenance, and (3) library access to copies of media and documentation.
