When you register for a Connected plan, you will be presented with the Service License Agreement. Read the Agreement carefully. Important items to note include:

You agree that if you register for a one-year contract and decide to cancel after the first day of the sixth month, Iron Mountain will not issue a refund. Prior the the first day of the sixth month, you will receive a full refund for the unused term.
You agree to not use the service to store extensive amounts of pictures, video, or music. Doing so may result in additional charges.
