teacherWhat is Adobe Connect?

Adobe Connect is a Flash based web conferencing solution available through Premiere Global Services. One license holder may host unlimited meetings of unlimited duration with up to 100 participants per meeting with only one meeting being actively used at a time. The license holder is required to be in attendance in each meeting and act as a host.

paletteHow do I get access to Adobe Connect?

Figleaf Software is Duke's reseller for Adobe Connect software. You may make a purchase request to Figleaf by sending them an email at duke@figleaf.com. Please be sure to include your name and department and if you are purchasing a license for someone else. A Figleaf representative will contact you within 2 business days to obtain your credit card information. You will be billed a pro-rated amount based on our renewal date of February 27th. Once you have provided your credit card information, you should receive your license and login information within 5 business days.
