Tom has been working in the video conferencing and network design industry for the last 13 years. Most of those years were spent in the Department of Defense Intelligence community where he received multiple awards for his work designing secure video networks in the Washington, D.C. area. In August 2006, Tom relocated to NC to be closer to his family. Tom currently resides in Hillsborough, NC with his family and their three dogs. When he is not working, Tom enjoys hiking with his son, golf, reading and pretending to be a carpenter and landscaper. He also is a recent convert to Mac and thinks PC's are overpriced paperweights.

Todd Stabley started working with digital media and streaming while working at ibiblio (then called SunSITE) and teaching a film course as a grad student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From 1999 until 2006 he worked as a multimedia specialist at UNC's Center for Instructional Technology, focusing on streaming. His personal hobbies include photography and archiving and restoring old photographs and documents. When Todd is sick of computers he picks up a chisel or paint brush and works on restoring his 1927 Bungalow in Durham, NC.
