Using audio and image editing software
You can prepare many types of instructional materials on your own office or home computer than can be downloaded on the iPod. Using a built-in microphone on a laptop or inexpensive microphone attached to your computer, you can record examples, short lectures or other audio material such as feedback on assignments or work done by peers. You can export PowerPoint slides as a series of JPEG images for viewing on the iPod or create diagrams, charts, or manipulated photos that can be used on the iPod using virtually any image editing software.
