VPN client for Solaris

Downloading and installing

You will need a Duke NetID to download the client.

  1. Download the VPN Client for Solaris.
  2. Find detailed instructions for installing the client here in PDF.

Configuration and use

  1. The client is preconfigured for use and does not require configuration. Just use one of the existing profiles, which are listed below.
  • duke-broadband – for users connecting via broadband.
  • duke-dialup – for users connecting via a dialup service.
  • duke-wireless – for users connecting on the wireless network.
  1. Run vpnclient connect <profile>.
  2. Log in using your NetID and password.
