Important Wireless Information

Please read the information below on what types of calls/messaging are covered by your wireless plan. In addition, read the full list of terms and conditions.

Toll-free calls are not free

Toll Free calls made on the subscriber's wireless phone between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:59 PM on Weekdays, will count against the subscribers package minutes. If the subscriber's package minutes are exhausted, the user will be charged the appropriate overage fee per minute.

Do not use a calling card with your wireless phone

Incoming calls are not free

Incoming calls made or received on the subscriber' s wireless phone between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:59 PM on Weekdays, will count against the subscriber' s package minutes. If the subscriber's package minutes are exhausted, the user will be charged the appropriate overage fee per minute.

Alltel 150 plan users: Calls placed or received while outside North and South Carolina are subject to long distance and roaming charges.

All other Alltel plan users: Calls placed or received while outside North and South Carolina count toward plan minutes.

Voice mail and text messaging are not free

Using voice mail on the subscriber' s wireless phone between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:59 PM on Weekdays, will count against the subscriber' s package minutes. If the subscriber's package minutes are exhausted, the user will be charged the appropriate overage fee per minute. Text messaging is charged on a per text basis, unless you subscribe to a text messaging plan.
