Duke provides 24-hour emergency telephone repair service.Non-emergency repairs are handled during normal business hours.
For service:
NOTE: Before you call for repair, test your telephone or television equipment on another active outlet to determine if the trouble is with your telephone. If the equipment works properly on another outlet, call for repair. OIT will dispatch a technician to investigate the trouble.
If the malfunction is found to be a result of faulty customer equipment, OIT will assess a $75 service charge for the visit. OIT does not service customer-owned telephone equipment.
