Multiple systems are effected by this repair however there is no expected user impact.  </description></item>

<item><title>Scheduled Outage - Unity Voicemail Maintenance (2009-11-21 9:00) [Nov 21, 2009 - 9:00 AM]</title><link>http://www.oit.duke.edu/service-outages/details.php?id=2051</link><description>OIT and CTI will be applying patches to the Unity Voicemail environment.  During the window users will experience intermittent periods of limited functionality where they can receive and check new messages but any stored messages will be unavailable.  Also during the server reboots message indicators will not alert users of new messages. </description></item>
<item><title>Scheduled Outage - Update: Network Maintenance - North Building Data Center - Nov 22- 6am - 9am (2009-11-22 06:00) (2009-11-22 06:00) [Nov 22, 2009 - 6:00 AM]</title><link>http://www.oit.duke.edu/service-outages/details.php?id=2043</link><description>OIT will be performing scheduled network maintenance in the North Building data center between 6 and 9 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009.  Servers in North -- mostly used for test and development -- will experience a loss of network connectivity for approximately 5 to 8 minutes during this window.
