Windows Vista @ Duke
Vista is a radically different operating system from previous Microsoft releases and is not guaranteed to work with all software. These web pages provide information about Vista and about site-licensed and commonly used software that OIT has evaluated for compatibility.
Service Pack: Microsoft has recently released a Service Pack for Vista. If the Service Pack (SP1) is not available through Windows Updates or Automatic Updates, please consult Microsoft's Support. Most programs that run on Vista will not loose any functionality after installing SP1, but you should first check the list of known programs before upgrading.
