Wired Phone, Data and Cable TV System Service or Repairs

OIT is experiencing a temporary increase in telephone related move, add and change requests. Our normal 5 business day lead time has increased to 10 business days effective 10/30/2009 until further notice. Please submit all requests at least 10 business days in advance of your desired completion date. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Before you begin the process of requesting telephone, data or cable TV service or repairs, please verify that you have the following information available. Your request CANNOT be processed without this information.

  • Departmental cost center(s)
  • Building, floor and room(s) where work is requested
  • Contact name and telephone number(s)
  • Duke Unique ID (seven digit number located on the back of your Duke ID badge)
  • E-mail address

Duke Health System data service requests should be directed to Duke Health Technology Solutions (DHTS) at 919-684-2243. Duke Health System cable TV service is provided by the Engineering and Operations group at 919-684-5626.
