Adobe Connect
What is Adobe Connect?
Adobe Connect is a Flash based web conferencing solution available through OIT Site Licensing. One license holder may host unlimited meetings of unlimited duration with up to 100 participants per meeting with only one meeting being actively used at a time. The license holder is required to be in attendance in each meeting and act as a host.
How do I get access to Adobe Connect?
You may make a purchase request to OIT Site Licensing by visiting the OIT Site Licensing page found here and selecting "Get Software" at the bottom of the page. If you are purchasing a license for someone else, please be sure to include their name and department in the "Comments" box. An OIT-Site License staff member will contact you within 3 business days to complete the purchase process. Cost for a personal meeting space annual license which allows for you to host unlimited meetings (one concurrent) of unlimited duration with up to 100 participants is $150. Any licenses purchased within 90 days of the annual renewal date of February 24th, will be automatically renewed for the following year at no additional charge. Once the purchase process has been completed, you should receive your license and login information within 5 business days as well as useful information on how to begin using the software.
What licensing options are available?
There are two different licensing plans available. Details regarding the two plans can be found by accessing the individual webpages below:
